Meet Besson family
We are a family-run estate located in the Bourgogne region, in Givry on the Côte Chalonnaise. We produce wines from the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties in the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée.
Owned by the Besson family since 1938, we now cultivate 12 hectares of vines, bringing out the personality of each terroir.

Set in a green setting, two historic monuments…
The estate is home to two buildings listed as historic monuments:
- An 18th-century dovecote – also depicted on our bottle labels.
- A 17th-century cellar with a magnificent pointed-arch vault: this cellar is unique in Bourgogne.
